Nice big villa, we were 8 couples checking in, there were 5 rooms and they all had their own bathroom.The house is very clean, very clean, the lighting is also very good, and it is ventilated and transparent during the day. The electrical appliances, hot water, etc. are all normal and there are no other problems. The location is very suitable!Close to the airport, 15 minutes by taxi from the airport at dawn, 20-30 minutes by taxi to the pier or the city, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is very welcoming and responsive. The environment is cozy and relaxing with wonderful Mountain View all the time and it is really a good place for vacation. The support team is helpful and responsive even after office hour.👍👍

It's a new place. It was absolutely beautiful, and with a platform where you can get a superb view of Kinabalu, and the best view of the stars at night! (it was magical). The room was very comfortable, having a front door to nature is just extra special.... and if you can bring along some BBQ items, they have ample BBQ spots with sinks and sitting area.

We had a wonderful stay at SAM 20! 😍🥰The property's prime location near Lintas, Jabatan Air, and Lotte Dimsum made it incredibly convenient for our family. The house itself is spacious, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, perfect for a large group like ours. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, typical of a Chinese community, and the excellent security gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The availability of multiple parking spaces was also a plus One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to the airport, just a short 9-11 minute drive away. This made our travel plans smooth and hassle-free.😃 Overall, we highly recommend SAM 20 for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kota Kinabalu. Late, thank the owner for coming to pick me up at the hotel at 10 pm, it is a Chinese hotel, the 2-story villa is as clean and comfortable as a domestic hotel.Diving here was tired and had a great time staying here for 5 restful nights, with a breakfast of different patterns in the morning.It's light and delicious.I like it here. I'll book it again.

We absolutely enjoyed Chui Chui’s place. It is so spacious and stylish. It is a lot better than the pictures posted on the Airbnb. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone travel in KK. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, I forgot to mention the ocean is just an inch away.

Spacious villa and love the back garden patio for gathering and feasting. Pool found to be chlorine-safe for children to swim whole day without worrying red eye irritation and effects on clothes. Overall..a very comfy place to stay

This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in Kudat, and we would recommend Poseidon House to anyone looking for a serene, unforgettable getaway.
