The apartment is very new, no odor, had a pleasant stay and the host was responsive to needs

High value accommodation at a good price, Simeon was in contact with us throughout the stay. At check-in, he was waiting for us at the front desk, explaining everything. He was very kind and helpful. The amenities of the place were perfect, everything was functional. The washer dryer is very useful. We also visited the pool on the 6th floor, the water was clean and the atmosphere by the pool was very nice. Location is within walking distance to markets, shopping center, and especially to the harbor. We will definitely visit again. Strongly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice unit. Spacious and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. There’s always a person to help with the mechanical parking. Great area, quiet yet close to the city.

The landlord is very easy to communicate with. The housekeeper waited downstairs for us to give us the room card. Very friendly. The room is very clean. The bedding is also very clean. The balcony has a nice sea view.

The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is very sufficient, you can see the infinity pool downstairs and a little bit of the sunset!There is a convenience store downstairs where you can buy daily necessities. You need to bring your own daily necessities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste ~

My stay at Catherine's place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Catherine was an incredibly welcoming and responsive host, offering thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and a mall, yet peaceful and quiet during the evenings. The view from the room is very good, it's very safe, you need to swipe the key card every time you press the elevator. It's very convenient to stay here, you can walk to the pier to go to the islands, Gaya Street, the food market, and Suria Sabah. The host responded in a timely manner and was very welcoming. I will come back!

We had a pleasant stay at Sematan Roxy in this cozy, clean, and well-kept house. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise view right from the room. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while taking in the peaceful sea view. Everything looked just like the photos on Airbnb—if not even better! Our host, Mr. Ang, was very responsive and friendly, which made our trip in Sematan smooth and enjoyable. Thank you again for keeping the place so clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated it and would definitely love to come back again!

The location is ideal, within walking distance of tourist attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it easy to pick up groceries or enjoy local meals. Additionally, the hosts were very kind and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any questions we had.
