Our apartment has 4 sleeping places in the large eat-in kitchen and separate bedroom and a fully equipped shower room. It is about 30 m to the lake. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 1st floor. The open, bright living, kitchen and sleeping area with unobstructed views of Lake Hainer can become the center of your vacation time together. Hainer See is part of the Leipzig Neuseenland and is located in the municipality of Kahnsdorf in a relaxed environment with lots of nature.

40 m² - immediate location on Lake Markkleeberg. Less than a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in the center of Leipzig in 20 minutes. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9 km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Lake Markkleeberg is perfect. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

The 14 m² wooden terrace accompanies you all day – from morning coffee to evening glass of wine. Enjoy the lake panorama in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland. In 2 minutes you are walking distance from the sunny north shore of Lake Hainer. By car, it's only 20 minutes to Leipzig.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.
