Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bormes-les-Mimosas

In a word: SU-PER. Great welcome and very good advice; great atmosphere of the apartment with its terrace where you like to sit at any time of day; great St Clair beach and great environment, the coast as well as the hinterland. Small economic comment: we arrived 2 days after the floods after being reassured by Laurence and Nicolas (thank you again for the exchanges at a late hour) and, indeed, the media coverage was disproportionate to the local reality. Only a small sector of a neighborhood was affected (very affected, of course) but most of Le Lavandou is intact and everything works perfectly.

We were hosted very well, the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The coffee bean machine is a nice extra, it's a very valuable piece of equipment for us. The bioclimatic pergola allows you to stay outside at all hours. I would recommend Stephane's place

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is located at the foot of the mountain of Bormes-les-mimosas in a quiet place and yet everything is nearby: shops, village center, resort, beaches... It's nice to be able to play tennis within the residence. The apartment has all the comforts you need and is very functional. Air conditioning is a real plus. The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

Karine's place is amazing! Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location is perfect, everything important is within walking distance. The super communication with her was also special, she gave us good recommendations for the area and she responded very quickly. She was also very flexible regarding our stay. It is worth mentioning that we even received fresh towels during our two-week stay. Check-in was very straightforward and we were even greeted with cold and very high-quality drinks. Thank you Karine, we will definitely be back!

Paradise place, feet in the sand, a breathtaking view of the sea. The place is ideal with a child so that he or she enjoys the beach all day without having to manage transportation, etc. it's magical! Thanks for everything!

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Benjamin's apartment. Cecile welcomed us in a friendly manner and showed us everything. The apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. It offers great seating indoors and outdoors and you can watch Netflix movies with your own profile on the big TV. There are no board games and only a few hangers, but spacious dressers and a wine cooler. Thanks for the rosé. The beds are comfortable and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The house is quietly and beautifully located. If you love exercise, you can also walk to the shops, the port of Cavalaire or on the other side to the beach of Bonporteau in about 15 to 20 minutes. Since it is a building with several apartments, we heard the tenants above us a little in the first week. Unfortunately, private access to the sea was blocked for security reasons. However, within walking distance there is another exit to the sea with about 334 steps.

One of the best places we have stayed at! Beautiful terrace, appartement & easy parking! And Edmond is the best host ever! We will be back soon, for sure!

You immediately feel comfortable in Prescillia's apartment, the space, layout and amenities are very well thought out. One might regret the lack of unobstructed view, but the apartment and its location amply compensate for this small lack, quickly compensated with the beach a few steps away.

Beautiful apartment located in La Favière, not far from the beach and the center. As described and photos. Cozy and clean apartment upon arrival. Eve is very responsive and communicates all the practical information to you. I recommend it.

Alex responds to the messages and requests very well. He made the process very easy. The place is exactly like the pictures, the view is even better in person! The only thing to note is the bathroom has a sliding door which doesn't close fully, might be best to be aware when staying with someone else :)

Thanks to Matthieu for hosting us and for his nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the secure but very easy access to the apartment (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

We see this in the many other positive reviews. Small but very functional and perfectly equipped accommodation... right on the water. Special mention for the fact that the dune in front is not fenced (most of the other neighboring buildings have a view of a fence...) which means that the terrace really overlooks a superb privileged setting. Bedding a little soft for us but it's a matter of taste.
