En nyrenoverad villa med totalt 4 sovrum, stort vardagsrum med öppen spis, stort kök samt uterum Källare med 1 sovrum + dusch/badkar/toalett. Huset ligger i ett långt beläget område och i närheten till Dalälven där det finns trevliga gångstråk. Allt som man kan tänkas behöva finns inom några kilometer och det finns en litet Coop endast 300m ifrån huset. Det tar ca. 20 min att åka bil till Romme Alpin samt till grannstaden Falun. Ifall ni behöver ladda bilen finns det möjligheter till det.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Mysig stuga med bastu. Nära till Romme Alpin.

Detta hus ligger i området Paradiset i Borlänge. Ett otroligt läge nära naturområden men ändå nära stan. Ett eget hus på samma gård som vi bor på. Precis bakom huset ligger Paradisbacken som är en stor pulkabacke på vintern. Det är nära till Romme alpin, endast 16 min med bil. Kupolen köpcentrum är det endast 5 minuter och till Maserhallen/Aqua Nova ännu närmare. Kom och njut av slalomåkning, vandring eller shopping och tillbringa underbara dagar här! Välkommen!
