Our house is located with a magical view of Lake Siljan and Rättvik. The apartment that we rent out is located in NB in a two-story house and is completely newly-renovated, spring 2023. The apartment is about 60 m2 and distributed over a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with large sofa bed Sweef Bear Divan, 160 cm bed width, armchair bed, bedroom with double bed and fully tiled bathroom/toilet with shower. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

On the property, the host couple lives in a house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and must be done before check-out.
