Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Magnifique logement dans un endroit splendide ! Une hôte attentionnée et d'une très grande gentillesse ! La literie est super confortable et le logement est comme sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est génial ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Tout s’est très bien passé, Lola nous a accueilli et accompagné, le contact est très bien passé. Le village est magnifique et l’emplacement de l’appartement au bord de l’eau très reposant. La petite terrasse surplombant la mer était très agréable. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

Le logement de Cinzia est conforme à la description, il ne manque vraiment rien ! La vue est top et les extérieurs aussi (même si la pluie ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter). Pour nous l'accès en voiture a été un peu difficile au début, mais une fois le coup de main pris ça a été plus facile. (la chemin est adapté et en très bon état) Le village de Bonassola est plein de charme, et les alentours vraiment magnifiques. L'accès au 5 terres est très pratique et facile avec le train. La communication avec Cinzia a toujours été facile et rapide et a su s'adapter à nous. Nous conseillons ce logement !

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Per Bus ist man auch in 20 min in der Innenstadt/Bahnhof von La Spezia, die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus und Anna hat uns 2 Fahrkarten geschenkt. Anna war super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Beim Check-In und Check-Out haben sie unser Gepäck zum Auto transportiert, sodass wir nichts tragen mussten. Auto steht auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, hier hat Anna uns vor der Ankunft extra einen Parkplatz reserviert. Bei Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungskorb mit Gebäck und Honig und Kaffee bereit. Da Anna kein deutsch oder englisch spricht haben wir uns über Übersetzer-Apps unterhalten, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

This accommodation was so incredible , I actually got teary eyed when the host opened the house up for us , We felt like we were in a fairy tale . The views are panoramic and breath taking . You can see a castle across the valley ! It’s a quiet tranquil town , with interesting history . The house is charming and decorated very tastefully . My kids are already talking about how they want to come back some day . Thank you again ❤️

second time staying here and super grateful to have been able to enjoy a peaceful week in these incomparable surroundings. if you like walking and being close to nature this place is amazing. great patio to enjoy the fantastic panorama. I did many hours of work there at the computer and with warm sunny weather it made for an amazing spot to write/work in. the sentiero azzurro and further trails in the area are so beautiful. it is invigorating and refreshing to walk here. kitchen is compact but does the job nicely cooking for two. shops and eateries half an hour (I walk quite quickly) away in Vernazza or Corniglia. hope to come back soon. thank you Aranit, Pier Paolo and Mirjan!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Das Haus ist der absolute Traum! Wir haben 1 wundervolle Woche mit unseren zwei Ridgebackdamen verbracht. Der Host ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Empfang wartete eine Flasche Prosecco auf uns, welche wir gleich im wunderschönen Garten genossen. Für das erste Abendessen war ebenfalls gesorgt, wie auch für das Frühstück. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist einfach fantastisch. Die beiden Hunde fühlten sich auch sehr wohl und konnten frei im komplett eingezäunten Garten spielen. Das Haus ist sehr schön gepflegt bis ins kleinste Detail. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe in dem Ort konnten wir uns hier super erholen. Die kleinen Aufmersamkeiten des Hosts und das Abschiedsgeschenk rundete unseren Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Vielen lieben Dank an Maria & Luca! Liebe Grüsse, Fabian & Simone

the house was really nice, located on a quiet hillside with no neighbors around, so you had a lot of privacy. It had three clean and beautiful bedrooms, and the house stayed cool during hot weather, which was really refreshing. We even had a friendly cat as a neighbor, and the host, Elisa, was super responsive and helpful. Everything in the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was easy and convenient.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage war super. Es ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannten und wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Zivile und Dante. Inmitten traumhafter Natur liegt dieses kleine Paradies, das v.a. noch durch die besondere Energie seiner Bewohner*innen zu einem Ort für tiefe Erholung und Verbindung wird. Wir haben die Zeit in unserem Häuschen, die Erfrischung am Pool, die Natur, die liebenswerten Haustiere und auch jede Begegnung mit Zivile sehr genossen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war die Vollmondzeremonie und eine energetische Behandlung. Für Menschen mit spirituellem Sinn und Sehnsucht nach Ruhe und Erdung ist dies genau der richtige Platz.

Fantastic 7 days with family. Adult children bought their partners and plenty to do and see. Car essential to get around and visited Florence, Lucca, Sarzana, Porto Venere and, also old town of Arcola. Had coffee in old square following walks from villa. Lazy days at villa able to enjoy the pool, loungers and shaded areas. Used BBQ for a meal. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms well supplied with all needed. Living area and kitchen ideal for our group and had some evening meals in.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war super einfach und angenehm – wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der wunderschöne Garten und die gut eingerichtete Küche – perfekt, um sich auch mal selbst etwas Leckeres zu kochen. L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Marina en Antimo zijn heel erg vriendelijke mensen. Daarnaast hebben wij nog nooit zo’n schoon appartement mogen betrekken. Werkelijk geen vuiltje te bekennen. De bedden slapen fantastisch. De patio is fijn om te vertoeven. En voor de hond was het ook een fijne plek. Daarnaast denkt men hier aan de kleine dingen die de aankomst fijn maken. Wc papier, zeep, schoonmaak dingetjes, ijsblokjes, werkelijk overal is over nagedacht. Antonio kwam ook nog even z’n gebottelde wijn laten proeven (die overigens fantastisch was). Kortom, wij hebben het hier fantastisch gehad over een periode van 5 dagen en komen graag nog een keer terug.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

We love this place so much, very beautiful 200 years house with cozy interior, garden and stunning view. Escape from city, picked lemons and vegetables from the garden, cooked meals, we enjoyed living in the place so much. The host was so nice and helpful he recommended lots of good restaurants nearby and beautiful spots to see, would love to comeback again.
