The villa is located in the village of Borgehage a few km south of Borgholm with a great view of Kalmarsund. The house consists of living room, kitchen and three bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. There are two toilets with shower. There is also the possibility to rent our guest cottage which contains a room with three beds, small kitchen, toilet with shower. The large garden is secluded and consists, among other things, of a large lawn where play and ball games are possible. There are several patios with garden furniture. A gate leads out to Borgholm's elves and after a walk of approximately 1 km you will reach Borgholm Castle and Solliden Castle. Nearby is also an appreciated restaurant To the village's own small bathing area is about 1 km. If you want to bike, there is a bike path to the small cozy city of Borgholm . To Ekerums golf it is about 1 mile. Bus stop is at about 1 km distance. Good connections with others Öland and Kalmar.

Between this home and the sea, it is a walk of 30-40 min and 3 km. Perfect to walk, cycle or jog to. Here it is a perfect place to explore Öland from. It is located in the middle of Öland Warm welcome here.

100 year old school close to Borgholm, Öland

The old school located in a cosy small village with farms and old nice houses. It's great for families and larger groups. It’s centrally placed on the island which is nice when doing day trips around Öland. Big kitchen and social spaces. All rooms have beautiful big windows with amazing light and 3.7m in ceiling height. The school is very child friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, swings, toys and more.

We loved being in the accommodation so much that we spontaneously stayed one night longer. Lasse and his wife are very nice and gave us some tips for excursions. The location is quiet and totally beautiful. About 10 Minutes' walk is a swimming spot from which you can also watch the sunset. You can reach Borgholm in a few minutes by car and Kalmar is also not far away. The apartment offers space, is super clean, has a great terrace and is optimally equipped.

A spacious outdoor patio is featured, bordered by a wooden fence. Two striped loungers are positioned next to a table covered with a light green cloth. The area is bathed in sunlight, with bright blue skies visible above.

Very good accommodation if you are 2 or 3 people. You live very centrally with walking distance to the city center, but it is still very quiet and calm in the area. Clean and fresh. Fresh bathroom, Perfect patio with sun all afternoon. Comfortable beds. Good with parking. Like everything you need except wifi. Can really recommend this home that we would love to come back to.
