Au delà, l’océan est à 20mn, Arcachon et la dune du Pilat à 30mn. Notre piscine et ses abords vous seront accessibles en utilisation partagée.

Studio 20m2 situé à 200m du Lac, à 2 mins à pied du port, à 100m de l'île aux enfants. Alentours calme idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Hourtin plage est à 10 mins en voiture, Lacanau à 30 mins et Montalivet 20 mins. Plusieurs plages sont accessibles via les pistes cyclables aux alentours. Parking gratuit au pied de la résidence. Le centre d'Hourtin est à 30 mins à pied et 10 mins en vélo, vous pourrez y trouver boulangerie, banque, super marché, pharmacie, laverie et poste.
