Peaceful and centrally-located cosy place on the 3rd floor of a nicely renovated old building. 2 large rooms with double beds, one with a balcony, kitchen and bathroom. There is no specific living room but it’s possible to sit around the table in the kitchen and there is a large TV in one of the rooms. There is a small elevator in the building with 3-4 stairs to reach it.

Entire apartment located 10 minutes away by bus from the center of Lausanne and 5 minutes from the highway for all directions. For those who love nature nearby there is the souvablin lake where you can go for a stroll in nature, there is parching in proximity for the cars. The apartment is complete with all the basic comforts of a house, welcome! NO SMOKERS, thank you.

The spacious studio has large windows, lake views and is very centrally located. Enjoy strolling through the charming old town and the central shopping streets, which are just a 5-minute walk away. The famous party district, called Le Flon, is only a 10-minute walk away. The lakefront, train station, etc. can be reached by bus or metro in 7 minutes.

There is also an induction plate, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The washer and dryer are available by appointment.
