lovely place in a quiet area. very well furnished apartment with good wi-fi. perfect spot if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, chill out and watch a few movies at night. Apartment is close to the main road with lots of small stores nearby for essentials. You can very easily get a trike (3-5mins) into the centre and beach. (standard fair is 20 peso per person, each way). would gladly stay here again. also Ria was always quick to respond and dealt with anything we asked immediately. Great Hosts. thanks.

Our first stay in Boracay became more memorable because of this humble house. The place was so warm & peaceful. We felt well-rested the whole stay. The place was way more beautiful in person—the pictures don't even give justice to its intricate design. The host was always proactive during the stay. We even had cute interactions with their cute furbabies, most especially, Natasha 🐶❤️ Overall, this place was totally worth it for its price! We will definitely be back. The place was a great help for us to reset on our personal lives. Thank you very much & we will definitely see you again soon! 😊👍🏼

I stayed for 3 nights at the Villa with a friend so we only use the 2 master ensuite bedrooms. The place Is located on the hills of Boracay, which is great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi is on the roof and offer a lovely view on the south east part of the island. You can use a tuk tuk to travel back into the different stations or rent a scooter (which we did) Overall it was a great experience and Samuel was a great host.

Absolutely loved this place. It's minimal and super clean and has all the modern amenities you could need. They even provided beach towels and there is a waterfilter on the shower head which made my hair really soft. Jungmin and everyone else at the property were friendly. There was an issue with the wi-fi for 2 days but Jungmin made a hotspot, so that was greatly appreciated. We also really liked the setup with the projector, it was super cozy. The location is quiet, only a minute away from Bulabog beach and 10 minutes away from White Beach. The only thing that would have made it even better was if we would have received the door code in the welcome e-mail so that we could have entered immediately upon arriving. Other than that we had a perfect stay!

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Haus war sauber und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der privat Strand vor der Tür ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Resort nebenan, der day pass lohnt sich auf jedenfalls für einen gemütlichen Strand Tag. Marielou die housekeeperin war super nett und herzlich und hat für uns alles was wir wollten organisiert, danke nochmal. Auch der pick up Service den Peter organisiert hat, war wirklich sehr angenehm und schnell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Peter & Marielou!

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Spacious and cozy. Great for families. Only e trike away from beaches but overall great stay.

We really enjoyed ourselves at Ivy’s place. She has a beautiful home that is just a five minute walk to the beach. Ivy is very responsive and helpful. The stairs into the property are quite steep but once you are up then the space is lovely and spacious. We would have no hesitation to stay again.

Daniel's place was the perfect spot for spending some time in Boracay. Not in the super busy parts of town yet easy to get to the main spot walking Dainel was also very reactive when I had any question. I will come back here for sure if I visit Boracay again.

It was an overall amazing experience. Kuya July the caretaker was very helpful from the start. Mark was responsive from day 1. This is a highly recommended place to stay if you are planning to visit Boracay. A very calming yet a superb experience that you shouldn't miss. Not to mention, they almost have everything at the listing and price is affordable too. Worth to stay. Thank you for making our mother and son getaway a memorable one. 😊

The host was very efficient and on top of communication and things. At the same time, there was no bombarding with unnecessary messaging and there was respect for privacy. Check in and checkout were a breeze. I also asked if they could fix for me the delivery of a galon of water on a sunday and it was addressed super smoothly. The place itself had absolutely everything one needs for a comfortable stay, the internet works, the views are wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The only thing was the day of checkout the cleaning lady came super early to start cleaning the balcony while I was still waking up. She should have waited until my checkout. I am sure though this has been corrected and, frankly, it is just telling of how much they care about cleanliness in this place! Overall, I'd totally recommend this accommodation and host.

We had an amazing stay at Rence’s Airbnb! It was perfect and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the 3 Stations, in a quiet, private area. Rence was an exceptional host—friendly, super responsive, and very helpful. He shared tips on local transportation (even what to pay for trike rides), recommended great restaurants, and guided us on how to get around. The unit itself was incredibly cozy—I honestly wished we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed: a comfy couch and bed, extra air mattresses, and a spotless bathroom. And the view? super amazing! We had a good view of the ocean. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within the condo premises, which made everything so convenient. Thank you again, Rence! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend your place to others.

お部屋もオーナーもスタッフの方々も素晴らしいです！ とても親切にいつも、対応してくれて毎日部屋を掃除してくれました。部屋からのサンライズは最高です。毎日朝はビーチを散歩しました。それは子どもとのかけがえのない時間になりました。 部屋はとても広くて私たちふたりには広すぎましたが、時々仕事をしなければならないわたしには子どもとの距離が近すぎなくてよかった。キッチンは何もかも揃っているので、近くの商店で米、油、卵、野菜、フルーツを購入して、簡単な食事やスムージーをつくることができました。また真横にレストランがあり、そこにも通いました。少し歩くと日本レストランがあります、またベトナムフォーのお店、ラーメン屋なども楽しみました。洗濯も8キロまで280ペソでしてくれました。その日のうちに返却されて便利でした！部屋には物干しのスペースもあるので、ビーチで濡れた水着やタオルを干せたのは便利でした。 またわたし達はここに戻りたいと考えています。

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. Thank you, Ms. Denise, for making our trip so special.

Good location away from crowds. Bulabog beach and white beach are walkable. They also recommended a tour guide.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

Joyce place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area (10 to 15mins drive) But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Joyce was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

I stayed at Hazel’s condo while attending a destination wedding in Boracay. The condo was roomy and looked just like the photos. There was AC in the unit which was nice given the tropical heat and humidity outside. Great location that was walking distance to the D’Mall which had numerous restaurants and shops. The only caveat I would mention about the condo is that getting to the beach required walking a bit or transportation. For those looking for direct access to the white sand beach I would advise a resort hotel on the beachfront. Otherwise you can’t go wrong with this condo, especially if you want to be near the some nightlife.
