Beachfront vacation rentals in Boothbay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cosy cottage. The views of the Casco Bay right outside your door are truly breathtaking. The kitchen was very well equipped, the gas grill was useful, and the porch overlooking the bay was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Jack was available if needed but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the beach house was great! You couldn't be closer to the water! So much fun kayaking, floating and swimming in the lake! House is much better than the pictures do it justice. For a 2 bedroom house its very big and spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The no wifi was a little bit of a downer but there were plenty of board games to play. There is some street noise but not bad at all. Would most definitely recommend if you are looking for waterfront property. The access to the resort pool was a plus too for the kiddos!

This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We really enjoyed seeing fireworks from the deck. The home was very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We loved hearing live music each day and night. So much walkable fun for the kids. We had a wonderful stay!

A few times while wandering around midcoast Maine in late March, we were asked if this is when we usually came to vacation here. Yes, we are educators from the Southwest, and this was our spring break, so this is when we came to visit, but honestly, it is so peaceful this time of year. Especially Boothbay Harbor, and what we imagined while walking around the very quiet town would be a very different place in July! Our experience at Abby’s space was absolutely wonderful and serene in the spring. The thoughtful touches (thank you for the bottle of Maine wine and jar of blueberry jelly!) made it even more special. Thank you, we hope to be back one day.

This charming cottage in a picture-perfect setting will take you back in time to Maine of the 1920’s. You can relax near the water on the dock, sit up on the deck and watch for bald eagles, tuck yourself away in the cozy, sheltered dining area on the porch, or relax by the fire in the living room. We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay near the sea. Very well located. Clean. There were 5 of us and everyone loved it. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful week with Brian's condo as a "home base" - we truly felt at home. It was chock full of small and big touches (toiletries/supplies! paper goods! plentiful sheets and towels! beach towels! to name a few) and surprises (generous snacks greeting us on arrival) that made us feel spoiled. The condo was a great size with an open kitchen/common area and large patio. We were familiar with the area but not Ocean Park Meadows, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely property and amenities (especially the pool, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole) and how well maintained they were. The condo was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, made easy (even with alot of stuff and three kids) with the beach wagon available for our use. Brian was a perfect balance of being proactive, informative, and accommodating while letting us "do our thing". We loved how "our" beach was quiet and nestled between the more bustling OOB and OP areas; the neighborhood, too. We'll be back!

Such an amazing and clean stay! Heather was so kind and responsive! So happy to find this space. Very close to everything, and a gorgeous view of the bay! We felt so safe in the area, even to go for a run as a woman alone. Thanks so much for accommodating us😊

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our group! Check in was very easy, and the house was spotless when we arrived. My favorite part it was the yard - perfect for a big barbecue with a large group.

Beautiful place in great location. Did a weekend trip that included Portland based activities and a lake day at Lake Sebago. This was right in between making both super easy! The house was beautiful, clean, and slept everyone very comfortably. The view on the water is amazing, and Timissa was very responsive, accommodating, and kind!

Great place, Host was great and easy to reach. location was beautiful and right on the water, The porch was so comfortable watching the tides chances over the day with cup of tea.

The cabin is beautiful inside and the views are incredible. Sitting and watching the sea listening to the lap of the waves was so restful. The bed is super comfy, the fire keeps it warm and it was a very peaceful three days The only thing is the security and privacy of the main house and cabin. The door of the cabin does not lock from the outside so you have to leave your belongings unlocked. the door to the house where the bathroom is, was unlocked when we arrived and there was no way to lock it and it didn’t feel overly safe as anyone could have been in the house. The bathroom door has a lock but it’s right off the main kitchen so not really very private if there are people in the house. Also for our stay privacy in the cabin was fine as it turns out that no one else was staying at the property but as there are no blinds/privacy fences if other people are staying and you may lose the privacy and the peacefulness.

We had a fantastic time in Boothbay Harbor! It was our first time there and the hotel and staff were great! The location was wonderful and all the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We plan on returning again soon!

Perfect studio. Used the jetted tub, nice and relaxing. Lots of extras (new toiletries, coffee, filters, sugar, etc.) much appreciated and used. The view, esp at sunrise, was stunning. Quiet neighbors. The beach store (pizza, sandwiches, salads, coffee and more) was very good. Just down stairs and one building over. (get there early for their muffins) I would certainly stay here again.

We had an amazing time at the Aslan house with our dogs. It has a beautiful view of the lake and just a short walk to the beach. It is peaceful and quiet, super clean & cozy. The host was very friendly and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you!!

Crissy and this beautiful cozy cabin in the woods, are both wonderful! Arrangements couldn’t be easier, lots of recommendations for things to do, but just hanging out in the home is nice too. Great place to unwind.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our long weekend at Joe’s place. The gorgeous waterfront setting, the history, the utterly peaceful vibe, brilliant starlit night skies, reading by candlelight every night…it was a special experience to be there, and we hope to return. Thank you Joe!!

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is right in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and boat docks (if you plan to do any excursions). The living space was comfortable and matched the description and photos, and was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to questions and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants (the Thistle Inn was amazing).
