This cottage has WATERFRONT ACCESS and kayaks (and lifejackets) for your use at any time! Restaurants are within walking distance, the beach is just across the cove. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers! Please be advised, YES it is a tiny house & YES there is a separate kitchenette to use.

Cozy and *very* rustic 1930s family cottage overlooking Pemaquid Harbor. Enjoy gorgeous views of the working harbor during the day and gather around the fireplace at night. Short drive to town for shops and restaurants, as well as historic sites, beaches, and hiking. It's not winterized, so the water is off and the cottage is closed between October and late May. A small tidal beach is a 5 minute walk away, and it's a 4 minute walk to the shared dock.
