Vacation rentals with beach access in Boothbay

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

Beautiful location just outside of Portland. Host was very nice and communicative, would recommend staying there!

Loved the location. Less than 20 minute walk to everywhere we wanted to go, and in most cases only a 5 minute walk. The home was comfortable, clean, and quiet! Appreciated having a designated parking spot, too. And the local beer waiting for us in the refrigerator was a lovely welcome to Portland! Thanks to the hosts for a great trip!

We were so happy with our stay here. The space was comfy, cozy and quiet. Also had everything we needed. Venessa’s communication and instructions were superb!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

This was a gorgeous place. Belfast was a cute little town not far away. We enjoyed eating at Rollies Bar and Grilland walking around town. Hannaford grocery store was close with average prices. We had approximately 1 1/2 hour drive when we visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which were exceptional. We enjoyed the food at Geddys and Bar Harbor Inn. We also traveled to Owls head lighthouse and hiked through Camden State Park. This was a nice location we enjoyed our stay.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! This house is awesome! Located in waking distance to nature’s incredible beauty -Popham Beach. If you’re never been but are looking for a great Maine beach experience, this place is for you. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy, and well stocked. We enjoyed multiple beach walks, hiked nearby Morse Mountain, improved our sand dollar collection, and watched the sea lions frolic during dinner at nearby Spinney’s restaurant. The fire pit and snores were a terrific ending to a great celebration of our Bowdoin College graduate We can’t wait to return!

An absolutely charming property that is close to the beach, the boardwalk and close to shops and restaurants. The property is very well designed for function, is very appealing and had a lot of features and the amenities that we were looking. Plus, the overall style was clean and appealing. The host is amazing and I highly recommend staying at this property. I will definitely go back.

This was our family’s second stay at the Bay House. We love the ever-changing views from the picture windows and watching the various birds fly about. We enjoyed using the included beach pass to the state park, but were also comfortable staying in to play board games on the one rainy day we had. I’m sure we’ll be back to visit Popham Beach in the future!

Anna and Ryan’s Scandi House is a perfectly situated and beautifully, cleanly designed and furnished house (and guesthouse) that was a soothing and restorative getaway from my home in hectic New York City and a refreshing alternative to Portland where my son lives and which I have visited repeatedly over the last 12 years or so. Surrounded by water and the sky, so peaceful, and close to hiking trails and very good restaurants and grocery stores (I love to cook), I look forward to returning to Scandi House in the years to come.

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
