We are ten minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain and two miles from downtown Boone with easy access to 321. This retreat is the perfect getaway for exploring all the High Country has to offer. Primary renter mush be at least 25 years old to book.

Guests can enjoy pastoral views during the warmer months and curl up beside the fireplace in cooler months. The Stone Cottage is conveniently located between Boone and Blowing Rock which makes it an ideal choice for enjoying the local attractions. Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Mountain, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are only minutes away.

Secluded Mountain Sanctuary

Cozy mountain home, conveniently located on a quiet street between downtown Boone and Blowing Rock. Three bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs), one full and one-half bath, spacious and airy living room with double doors leading onto the wrap around deck, and a fully functional kitchen, cookware provided. Clean linens also provided. There are deer in the area, so on your drive up to the house, be mindful of Bambi and his mother. AWD vehicle recommended in the snow.

The dining room features the dining room table and chairs, with seating for six, plus a highchair. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances! Two Bedrooms with King Beds, One Bedroom with Two Full Size Beds.

The best mountain views in the area! Enjoy privacy and 180 degree southern views nestled inside Pisgah National Forest above 4000 feet. This home is 10 minutes from Grandfather mountain, and convenient to Sugar Mountain/Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. If you enjoy the quiet, peaceful serenity of the mountains this is the house for you. Please note there is a 1/4 mile steep decent on an unpaved road to our house and a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended.

A family and pet friendly home away from home with character and charm in every corner. Centrally located to Wilkesboro, West Jefferson, and Boone in Deep Gap, NC you can be to Appalachian State University , the Blue Ridge Parkway, or multiple ski mountains in just minutes. The Air bee-N-bee is located in the Honey House where honey is processed and bottled. Maybe our hens will have some farm fresh eggs ready to share with you!
