Guesthouse vacation rentals in Boo

Krister and his partner were great always open to talk about things. The location is perfect, regular busses and trains nearby to explore Stockholm and surrounds. We took Krister's advice and had dinner at the local restaurant, great food and service. For nature lovers like us, we loved the nearby forest nature reserves. One afternoon sitting on the patio outside there was a Roe deer lying down in the garden just meters away which made our afternoon the best, imagine that just 20 minutes by public transport from Stockholm, Sweden's capital. Great place to stay. Sorry Krister, we forgot to write in your guestbook.

All good, train station close to the house. Kayak included really a plus.

We were passing through on our way north and were very happy with the apartment. We couldn't say exactly when we would arrive, but that was no problem at all. The check-in was very flexible. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean. Thank you very much! ☺️

A beautiful accommodation! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, fresh flowers were everywhere and the whole apartment is simply cozy. The accommodation has everything you need, the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. Everything was very clean. Erik & Frida have created a very helpful Google Maps list of things to do in the area. One day, they even lent us bicycles. You have to walk 10 minutes to the bus stop, then you are in Stockholm in 20 minutes and can also easily get to many other places in the archipelago. But we were also able to survive the bad weather in this cozy accommodation. The property is highly recommended.

Cozy little cottage with the amenities you need. Comfortable beds. Peaceful and quiet. Nice view. Nice bathroom. Nice walk to downtown. Nice and accommodating hosts.

The guest house in Skuru is very charming and is well equipped. Anna-Karin is a thoughtful host. There are many tips on activities and walking paths. We would be glad to come back!

The airbnb was a dream! We stayed there for a week at the end of August 2024. It all looks exactly like the pictures! Magdalena was also a very great host. She warmly welcomed us and gave us many tips for the area. She always had an open ear for us and she always helped us with every question:) We were very happy to have them! The air conditioner/ heater worked very well. Keep in mind that it can get a little stuffy with the beds in the summer. Since these are in the attic. We also used the connection to Stockholm daily and was impeccable. We are very satisfied and would like to come again:)

We had a wonderful stay at Josefines and Gustav's beautiful cottage! We felt at home right away and were well received by Josefine when we arrived. Everything is so nice and arranged in the small cottage and the sun radiates beautifully from all windows. It is peaceful surroundings and you feel very private with your own patio overlooking farmland and forest. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner during our three days in the cottage. Being able to borrow bikes is worth gold and makes it easy to explore the surroundings. The cafe nearby the house offers lsocial life and wonderful pastries if you need a little of that item. However, we had difficulty getting out and leaving the cottage many times just because the house itself is such a calm and offers such a beautiful view. We would gladly come back again soon!

Lasse’s place was clean, easy to access by public transport from Stockholm, and so close to a gorgeous lake. We enjoyed walking and running on the trails there and going for a swim too :) He was also super fast to reply to any queries we had. Thanks for a great stay!

A cozy summer house in the middle of nature – quiet, peaceful and with birds chirping in the background. Perfect for relaxing! Extra plus for bed linens and towels included, and that there was both sauna and grill accessories. Comfortable beds and cozy environment. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a peaceful, tranquil location just outside Stockholm - and that’s exactly what we got. Perfect. The cabin is lovely - everything as described and kitted out in the customary Swedish style, quality and elegance. As they used to say down the east end of London: all good; nothing bad! .

We had a super pleasant stay close to the beach. The cottage was very nice with a close walking distance to the beach. It was also very cozy and private. The area was beautiful. Linnea was a great host too- kind, helpful and available. I will definitely rent this one again!

Great, small, very clean cottage. All in top condition. Quiet, wonderful area. Just right for 2 people. Good bed and nice furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for breakfast. Communication with Kalle was easy, the necessary information arrived on time. Clear recommendation from my wife and me. We'll be happy to come back if we're back in the area.

William and Sannah are wonderful, friendly, and helpful hosts, we wholeheartedly recommend a stay with them in their lovely appartment! We felt at home right away. Thanks to a good wifi-connection I was able to work, while the kids went running, fishing etc An ICA Supermarket is close by on Resarø, more supermarkets, Cafés, restaurants Are also close in Vaxholm. We enjoyed being Williams and Sannahs guests and would love to return one day to explore the area and possibilities further 🙂

Little bit far away from the Stockholm city area but it’s a good place to escape from the busy. Chill and cozy vibre. Good place to go if you need some peace. But the host should be friendly remind that there’s limited supply of hot water.

Ideal location in a beautiful setting to explore the local area and Stockholm. Hennie was friendly. Comfortable and clean. We didn’t want to leave! Hoping to visit again!
