Newly-built tiny house in beautiful Gustavsvik, Nacka. Close to nature and within walking distance to several beaches. Travel time to Stockholm C about 45 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by car. The house is located on the same property as the landlord's villa but secluded with its own plot including terrace, lawn and private driveway with car parking. The house is well-equipped with, among other things, floor heating in all rooms, a fully-tiled bathroom, spacious kitchen with room for guests. There are 4 beds with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Plenty of storage space.

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Charming guest house on Northern Lagnö

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis near the sea. Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access). SUP boards are included if you want to get out on the water, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles. If you come by boat, there is a berth. Welcome!

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.
