The apartment is suitable as a starting point to explore the attractive offer in the "Weinsüden" [wine south] or to visit "Europe's best amusement park" Tripsdrill and the wildlife paradise. Business stays in the greater Ludwigsburg or Heilbronn area are also possible due to the good transport connections.

Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km). The city of Heilbronn (15 km), located on the Neckar, also invites you to linger with its many excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

Besighomes Apartment 4 - Tiny House

The entire house was renovated in the 1st renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments were furnished individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable. The apartment has a sleeping loft and a small balcony (2 m x 2 m). A sofa bed is available if you do not want to sleep at lofty heights. Please contact us. We will be happy to help.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Hike, Bike, & Wine

HIKE 🥾 Hike right outside the front door. Many hiking trails lead along the Niedernberg. BIKE🚴‍♀️ Ring the bike right outside the front door. Very close to the Enzradweg and the Neckartalradweg. You can conveniently charge your e-bike in the garage, and there is also a small workshop with a bike repair stand. WINE🍇 Located right at the foot of the vineyard, a wide variety of events can be reached on foot.

Old Erligheim rectory - in the middle of the village center!

You will stay on the first floor in a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom with toilet. In the immediate vicinity is a great pizzeria with good food. Seasonally, two wine taverns are open. A bakery with cafe can be found about 250 meters away on the main road. Oh, and there is also a discount store with a bakery in the village as well as a gas station. Check-in/out by arrangement. Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
