Quiet, 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station (50 minutes by train from Paris) and 5 minutes from the A13 access, 70m2 house on two levels + sports room. On the ground floor, a main room with fitted kitchen open to living/dining room opening onto terrace and garden/barbecue, WC with washing machine. Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.
