In the immediate vicinity of the Endenicher Kulturmeile (about 5 minutes walk) and the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 min. walk) is my beautiful penthouse apartment. The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The self-contained 90 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house at the foot of the Petersberg 1 bedroom approx. 16 sqm with a 180 x 200 bed 1 bedroom approx. 16 square meters with two 100 x 200 beds 1 bathroom, kitchen, office corner, 1 large dining-living area of about 35 square meters, with flat-screen TV and cozy corner sofa. ... and a balcony overlooking Bonn and the vineyards! A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.

The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.
