The "courtyard side" cottage is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people. It has a living room with equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Fully equipped (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, armchairs and outdoor table, above-ground pool...). We will be available to guide you according to your wishes.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from 3 Becs to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a kitchen/living room area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, tobacco shop...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

We offer our guests a former café-theater that comes to life in a baroque and intimate setting, red armchairs, antique chandeliers... A bay window opens onto 500 m² of wooded and flowery garden. House Rules: The LOFT is not suitable for hosting more than 2 people. The following are strictly prohibited: parties, birthdays and family meals... No smoking, no burning candles and incense. Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!
