A perfect place for couple's or families. This home boasts 2 master suites with large, covered Lani with heated pool (Nov-March). A total of 7 smart TVs. Enjoy preparing a family meal in the large fully equipped kitchen with double oven and plenty of counter space. Enjoy a bike ride on one of 4 bikes or Cornhole that's provided as well as other games and beach accessories. House sits on a quiet cul-de-sac for relaxing. Absolutely no parties or events! Max Guests on property at ANY time is 8!!

Studio condo across the street from Bonita Beach. 3rd floor unit offering partial views of the gulf. Being able to walk to the beach (2 mins) and 2 restaurants while centrally located between Ft. Myers and Naples makes this a great location. Local bike rental shops offer delivery of bicycles. Bonita beach offers jet ski, paddle board and catamaran rental. Parking is free

Welcome to our just renovated single family pool home in the heart of historic Bonita Springs. Less than 5 miles to the beaches. You can walk to coffee shops, parks, restaurants and all sorts of markets, etc. The living area extends outside in the huge screened lanai where we have a new outdoor sectional sofa. The pool is large and heated. A very upgraded kitchen with new soft close cabinets, quartzite counter tops & brand new appliances. It's a comfortable open concept design.

A modern kitchen is showcased, featuring sleek dark cabinets and a marble island with seating for four. Stainless steel appliances are visible, and large windows overlook a spacious outdoor area, allowing natural light to fill the room.
