The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-family house. It has a balcony of about 6 square meters and a room with a wash cabinet. The interior of the apartment consists of: -Kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, induction hob, a hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine , dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, various cooking utensils. -A living area, always in the same room of the kitchen, there is a sofa and a Led TV (via Satellite). Netflix -A bedroom, with a double bed and bedside tables, an armchair and a spacious wardrobe. -Bathroom, modern, with bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and finally a spacious shower with thermostatic mixer and light for chromotherapy. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer.
