The building is set in the historic center of Tempio, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studio of Arts and Crafts". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. The entrance is very private, from an entrance hall with a large staircase you access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bedroom, corridor and bathroom. The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.
