The building is set in the historic center of Tempio, "City of Stone", Heart of Gallura. The house is located on the first floor, above my "Studio of Arts and Crafts". It is the result of careful restoration work and very close to all the city's amenities. The entrance is very private, from an entrance hall with a large staircase you access the apartment, consisting of two large rooms, kitchen/living room and living room/bedroom, corridor and bathroom. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
