You will find all amenities close to our home, bakery pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, Agen train station 10 min away with its city center, Canal du Midi 500 m away with its small port (3 bikes on request), Youpi Parc activities for children, laser tag, trampoline park, Walygator (amusement park) 15 min away. 🌴 La Villa des Palmiers in Bon-Encontre welcomes you in a perfect setting for stays for families or groups of friends. ❄️ Fully air-conditioned, it ensures optimal comfort in any season. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. 🏊‍♂️Enjoy a heated saltwater pool from June to the end of September (optional heating in May and October), as well as a pétanque court for fun outdoor activities. ⭐ A perfect place to relax and spend time together.

The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, patio, and pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter heated pool, open from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Beautifully restored by Edouard and Mado, the interior design combining modern comfort and the authenticity of the stone is composed of: Ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, toilet. Upstairs, 1 master bedroom (140 cm bed); 1 bedroom (1 90 cm bed) + 1 baby bed. The accommodation is non-smoking. Private pool Fenced garden. No pets allowed, we have our own, there could be territorial conflicts.
