It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms. 🏊‍♂️Enjoy a heated saltwater pool from June to the end of September (optional heating in May and October), as well as a pétanque court for fun outdoor activities. ⭐ A perfect place to relax and spend time together.

Large living room opening onto the kitchen, all south-facing, overlooking a balcony that is perfect for enjoying a coffee and admiring the views of Agen and the sunsets. 3 bedrooms, including two en-suite rooms, that can accommodate 5 people in total. Please note: There is only one toilet, located in one of the en-suite bathrooms.

This maisonette (35 m2) will seduce you with its warm side and its small garden. It is located on the grounds of my house, a 5-minute drive from Agen and a 2-minute walk from shops.
