If you are an animal lover like I am, do not pass the opportunity to stay here! I was able to pet a miniature horse; had barn cats in my lap and at my feet while out on the porch; had Steel, the horse, hang out over my head from the barn window while I watched the sunset; watched the cattle come in for dinner; watched the chickens roam; but the ultimate moment was when Randy, the pig, came sauntering out of the barn and "asked" for his dinner, he's very vocal! It is a lovely setting and I wish it were closer to home because I would visit frequently! The guest space is darling, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. Nora has put a great deal of thought into personal details to make you feel at home.

Sundance Farms was the perfect, restful spot for us while we attended The Homestead Festival. We absolutely loved the peace, quiet and nature. The farm is simply breathtaking! Cindi was kind, helpful and easy to communicate with, and we would love to stay here again someday.

This tiny home was perfect for our little getaway! We loved it! The area was so beautiful too! Definitely recommend 😀

A beautiful place. We stopped here on our way to Nashville and absolutely loved it. I wish we could have stayed longer, we would love to stay here again!
