For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.

Pear Tree Barn, York 5m, Village Location

Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
