A short walk to Tigers Clough where you can then Hike to Rivington Pike to catch sunrise or sunset, or head down to Go Ape to take a swing around the trees. This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The Stables - Rawtenstall.
The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams
Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.
The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.
