Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Stellt euch vor: Ihr öffnet die Tür eurer Ferienwohnung und seht zuerst das sanfte Grün des Rasens, dann die Promenade, den weichen Sandstrand und schließlich das weite Meer. Keine Straße, kein Lärm – nur Wasser, Himmel und frische Meeresluft. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Rückzugsort für Genießer. Sie wurde 2026 komplett kernsaniert, mit klarer, moderner Raumaufteilung, hochwertigen Materialien und einem stimmigen Lichtkonzept. Der offene Wohnbereich führt direkt auf den Panorama-Balkon.

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Apartment right on the cliff of the Baltic Sea

Up to 4 people can feel at home in the comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor. The first living level offers an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a guest room with two single beds, a wardrobe and TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet with a washing machine. The second floor offers you a large open space with a comfortable living area with a TV on the left half of the room and a cozy sleeping area on the right half of the room. Wifi is available.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished vacation home – ideal for a relaxing getaway. Fully equipped, with a large terrace and a location close to the beach. The transition area between the unspoiled stretch of coast and the well-maintained bathing beach is particularly special – enjoy tranquility or convenience, depending on your preference. Our beautiful 2-room studio apartment in the Kaiserallee with direct Baltic Sea view offers pure relaxation for 2 guests. Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

Haus Ahlma - M1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
