The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Corazon Del Mar: A Beach House That Has Everything

Corazon Del Mar sits about 800 feet from the beach. Nearly everything is provided to our guests. All you will need to bring are your personal items. The house is pet and smoke free, however we provide two designated smoking areas outside. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and also a screen porch to escape from the mosquitoes. There is a large picnic area beneath the house with a gas grill, storage area, picnic table, porch swing and bench. There is also an outside shower.
