Vacation rentals with lake access in Bolivar Peninsula

It’s really nice clean fashion place, we had two beautiful days with gorgeous views. I could go there again and again.

We had a great time. Excellent communication from the host. Everything was easy and smooth. We really liked the location. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was beautiful, relaxing, clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The property looks even better than what the pictures show. Jason and Danielle were very friendly and responsive. I really appreciate them for being understanding and assisting us as our original booking was canceled less than 24 hrs before our vacation started. Jason and Danielle was very quick to respond to me even though it was after 11pm and they were able to help turn what we thought was going to be a disaster into a family vacation we will never forget. I will definitely be booking with them again.

Wendi was a great host. We liked how everything was labeled inside the house! Our families loved the extra amenities she included, such as beach chairs, ping pong table, and cornhole boards! The neighborhood was peaceful and an easy walk to the beach! A couple of things we noticed that were out of Wendi’s control were the mosquitos (so make sure you pack bug spray), and there was an excess of seaweed on the beach for the time of year we visited. We would definitely book this house again if visiting the Galveston area!

There was plenty of room for 8 people to stay. Everything was as expected and it was easy to move right in. The neighborhood felt safe and was very close to things you might want or need. Michael was very proactive in giving instructions and telling us when he would be busy and giving us his son’s info if we needed a quick response. We had an issue with the AC and he and his family worked quickly to have it fixed. You can tell they really care and if we came back, I would like to stay here again.

This was such a great place to stay, very clean, organized, felt right at home! The house is absolutely stunning, the master bathroom is so dreamy and relaxing, kitchen had everything you would need. The backyard was so relaxing and peaceful and very well maintained. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. We would be more than happy to stay here again. The host were both SO friendly and communicated with us with any questions we may have. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and will be definitely coming back again!

The Crab shack was just right for our little getaway. The location is great and it still feels private! We were able to rent a golf cart and drive it to the boardwalk and a lot of the other local attractions and eating places.

Absolutely love the home very modern and beautiful close to the pool and the beach. Very private best place I’ve stayed at in Galveston. I will be returning soon. Thank you so much.♥️

This apartment was central to both NASA and the boardwalk. Didn’t take us more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go. But I do think it’s misleading to say this unit is waterfront. You can’t see the water and have to walk past at least 40 other apartments to get to the water. Yes it’s NEAR the water but if you want to be waterfront this is not the unit for you. We had come from two other truly water front Airbnb’s before this one so was bummed about that. The apartment is older and it’s on a super busy road (the tv had to be on blaring to hear over the road noise) but we didn’t struggle sleeping so that’s good. It rained the whole time we were there and still had plenty to do in the area. We did indoor pickle ball, bowling & batting cages. I think for an inexpensive NEAR water apartment this is a good choice. But if you want ON water don’t book this unit. Host was super responsive and allowed an early check in which we appreciated a lot!

Really enjoyed the stay. Was really convenient. Was able to walk to moody gardens within a 8 minute walk. Host was super responsive. The pictures did no justice. I enjoyed the view of landscaping around the apaprtment. Really peaceful. Only thing I would recommend is making sure the tenants mail is not laying around on the counters upon arrival. Thank you bayou city.

What a beautiful space! I absolutely loved the view of the waves crashing on the shore. The swimming pool was the highlight of our trip. Kitchen was adequately stocked and easy to prepare meals in. The condo is recently renovated with new furniture and appliances. Plenty of space for two couples and our kids. Thank you Donna for a wonderful stay! 10/10 would definitely here stay again.

Tracy’s place was everything I hoped it would be. Very peaceful . very clean and welcoming. Whatever you may need in the kitchen, it’s there. We spent a lot of our time sitting out on the balcony watching the fish jump out and the birds flying by. Perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening night cap. Great location for visiting family. Only 10 minutes away, if that. Next visit, we will stay there again. We found our home away from home. Tracy is friendly and quick to respond . She is an excellent host!

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.

This place did not disappoint. It was clean, easy to find, and close to the beach! Christine’s instructions were spot on and easy to follow! 10/10 will definitely book again!
