Charming Rural Cottage, New Forest National Park

Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Cabin in the Forest

A charming solid oak framed cabin, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Stables NewForest selfcontained with breakfast

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

The Croft

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area under the stairs.

This self-contained house is set in the boundaries of the New Forest National Park. New Forest ponies, cattle and deer roam freely by the property. Windows look out onto the forest at the front and the beautiful garden at the rear. The property is not overlooked. The property has recently been decorated and furnished, and comes fully equipped. Guests enjoy their own private patio and garden, accessed through double doors from the living room or a private gate.

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement. The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage.
