Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.
