Cozy apartment in the Allgäu

Time out planned in the Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the second floor of our old cottage (former butcher's shop from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and are renovating piece by piece), has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noises.

Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Es wird immer nur unter der Woche gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und nicht an Feiertagen. +++ Unsere Ferienwohnung im schönen Allgäu liegt in einem ehemaligen umgebauten Schulgebäude. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Am Dorfrand hat man aber tolle Ausblicke auf das Panorama der Allgäuer Alpen.

An idyllic place in every way. The apartment is very nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There were freshly picked flowers distributed, the apartment has everything you need and is tip top clean. And then also a fantastic location surrounded by nature, surrounded by the rippling of the stream and a pleasant view into the garden. Only 300 m from the property is also a great forest bath, which is very inviting for bathing/swimming. Thank you very much dear Renate, I was blown away when I arrived and felt very comfortable there from the beginning. I'd love to come back.

Absolutely recommended! I was in the Allgäu as part of a training course. Due to the good connection to the highway, this apartment was perfect for relaxing in nature in the evening. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in pictures & even with more charm. I would come back any time. The hosts are very warm and eager to make guests' stay wonderful :)

The apartment is virtually new, large, very neat and clean. Modernly equipped, e.g. with integrated fly screens and electric blinds. From the dining room, you have a 180-degree view of the surrounding meadows and the Alps. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with the little things you need and have to bring elsewhere (salt/pepper, vinegar/oil, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dishwasher and dishwasher cloths,...). The bathrooms have toilet paper and liquid soap. There is a utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. The host family is super nice and extremely helpful with advice on restaurants or hiking routes. There is a small cheese shop nearby with handmade cheese. It was an all-around nice vacation for us. Thank you to Hermann, Christine and Claudia.
