Charmant T2 de 35 m2 situé au rez-de-chaussée dans une maison avec une entrée indépendante. Très lumineux et entièrement refait à neuf en 2023. Situé à 8 minutes du centre-ville de Brest, le logement est équipé de la wifi/fibre, d'une télévision HD avec Bouygues. La literie est neuve (lit queen size : 160 x 200 cm) et il est très facile de se garer face à l'appartement. L'entrée se fait par le jardin. Le parc de Penfeld à 5 minutes à pied est idéal pour une balade à pied ou en footing.
