The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. The accommodation overlooks a terrace and garden and offers views of the meadows, forest and surrounding mountains. The village of Bogève is a 10-minute walk away, 9 walking tours will introduce you to the immediate surroundings. Ski resort and cross-country skiing 10 minutes drive.

It is also located 30 minutes from Annemasse and about 35 minutes from Lake Geneva.
