The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Cottage, private beach, boat and sauna near Gränna

Idyllic cottage, 30 sq m, on a private beach, very clear lake water, close to the highway E4 and Gränna. Thirty minutes from Jönköping. One bedroom with a luxury bed for two and one room with a very comfortable foldable bed sofa for two and a kitchen area. Wood stove sauna, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The host lives in a house about 50 meters further away from the beach. The kitchen is for simple cooking, the use of a frying pan is not allowed, but charcoal barbecue is available.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Sjöängen är ett unikt hus placerat 50 meter från Vätterns strand. Det är ett robust hus med en fantastisk utsikt som ger stor närhet till naturen. Bara tre minuter från huset hittar ni klippor att bada från. Huset ligger i Ödeshög och det är därför nära till både Omberg och Alvastra. Tack vare E4an är det enkelt att ta sig till flertalet av Östergötlands smultronställen.
