Our villa is 15 minutes from Bodrum center. 5 min to Turgutreis, 5 min to Ortakente, 10 minutes from Gümüşlüke, 5 minutes from Acıbadem Hospital, 5 minutes from the sea, and it is easy to get anywhere. It is 150 meters away from the Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is brand new. It has never been used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

The pool is shared but rarely busy. Cleanliness is our top priority — spotless with the same care you’d expect at your mother’s home. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
