We will be happy to welcome you in our villa with all carefully prepared household items inside and outside made of stone in Gürece, Bodrum. Our villa is 15 minutes to the center of Bodrum. Turgutreise 5 minutes. 5 minutes to Ortakente. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
