Comfortable place for a relaxing stay in the area. Located in a very quiet place compared to noisy beach line, feels very safe and nicely rural. Ozge who oversaw my check-in/out was a pleasure to work with, and allowed for plenty of flexibility. Appreciate everything!

It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I've never had a host who responded so quickly. They are very helpful. It looks like a house, so it's as if you're staying in a real house. Everything has been thought of. I definitely won't look at another house again.

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

We stayed with a friend and my dog for 1 week to get away from Istanbul and relax. The house is incredibly pleasant, you can enjoy the terrace on every floor with a perfect view. If you're into the kitchen, there's everything from A to Z. You can stay in this great location without thinking in summer and winter, we recommend.

The location was very good, there was sufficient supplies for 4 people in the house.

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

had a great stay, just a 5/10 min walk down hill to seafront ,we got taxi bk. set 200 liras around town. loal shop delivered essentials to us, water milk butter bread eggs. Just wats app them ( number on a fridge magnet) came with in 15mins. villa was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, though we sat outside most of the time and only in the kitchen. pool guy came twice,he was very polite and friendly. we are all looking forward to using villa leila again in the near future. would highly recommend the villa to a group of ladies like us .

Beautiful sea view home from the entire house, just like you're looking at a painting all day. You can hear the sea throughout the day, from your bedroom you will be cradled to sleep. The location of the house offers a lot of privacy and ensures a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable. Cemil and Nilgun are sweet caring helpful tenants. Are ready via various channels ( physically, by phone) to make your stay as pleasant as possible in all kinds of ways. We felt so at home, it was a homecoming. Very unfortunate that we couldn't stay there longer. Private pier has a small cafeteria run by a friendly family, the sea comes in different colors Azure blue, it is clean and cared for. Bay is surrounded by Beautiful gardens and residential complexes. what a great stay! Mr. Ali has always been very careful for us the place was a great fit for our comfort our kids enjoyed it very much, the pool was very nice. The place is very nice, great furnitures and a large swimming pool. The host is very enthusiastic, you can ask anything and he will respond to you in no time. For example, when we had an issue with water pressure as the swimming pool is being filled, he just walked 10 min to the house and fixed it right away. Overall, this place is nice and provides you fantastic sea views of Bodrum. I will not hesitate booking this place again when I visit Bodrum again in the future!

Communication with the host was very fast, the location of the house was very nice, the location of the house was that the kitchen utensils were missing, but when we communicated this to our host, they renovated a few things when we told our host, the kitchen utensils need to change, we did not have any problems in the house, we did not have any problems in the house in a very pleasant beautiful location, there is no water shortage in the house, everything is working in the house, it is impossible to find a place on its own beach near the sea and unfortunately the sea was not clean, but we did not want to go to the place without a car, the car is in a very large compound. You are very well rested and relaxed. If you want to keep quiet or have fun, the neighbors have a lot of sweet people are a full summer site. I definitely won't get bored if I stay for 3 months☺️

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

The site we stayed in was very nice and the house was clean, there was a beach within a 2 minute walk of the site. There was an accommodation experience that we enjoyed a lot in terms of home. We recommend that we are comfortable,if we are on our way again, there was a place we would want to stay again.

Incredible villa with the most amazing views! Erdinc was extremely helpful and responsive and we have the best time. His team helped organise taxis and gave lots of local recommendations. It’s at the top of a hill but you can walk to a nearby shop for groceries. A car would have been helpful to get around, but decided to use taxis. We planned on visiting more beach clubs but the pool and outside space was so amazing that we stayed at the villa most of the time! I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit!

After a bus ride from the middle of Turkey we arrived in Bodrum, at the same time our oldest flew to Bodrum. Omer thought along with us and arranged affordable transportation. We were picked up at the bus, drove to the airport and from there to the cottage. On the way we did groceries. It is a nice simple cottage in a very quiet place with a great view of the Egeic sea. From the cottage you walk steeply down (and then climb back up) in a few minutes in your swimwear to swim. The sea is so blue and clean and has a delightful temperature. We swam at all times of the day and thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace when we did not swim. We really came for our peace and sometimes drove with Omer for some groceries. But you can of course also rent a car and drive to Bodrum or just visit some coves in the area. A 5-minute drive away is e.g. a nice bay where you can also eat and swim. We will be back!

It was especially enjoyable that it was animal-friendly and that the surrounding creatures were in harmony with each other.
