Die Wohnung ist mit Smart-TVs im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern, einer Küche sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Perfekt für Menschen, die Komfort und Bequemlichkeit suchen! Ein Fitnessstudio in der Nähe kann kostenfrei genutzt werden.

I offer a nice small but functionally and cozily furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, small kitchen corner with induction plate, coffee maker, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, DW telephone, baby/children's bed also available on request, bathroom/WC with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. Note: the "tourist tax" is NOT included in the total price and will be charged separately upon departure! €3.20 per person/night

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Please note: Final cleaning is not included in the price. It costs EUR 50, which must be deposited in cash in the apartment upon departure. Bed linen, hand and dish towels and toilet paper must be brought (Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented at the hotel at an extra cost). We offer our 1-room apartment in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers beautiful hiking trails in summer, in winter it is a snow paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and families.

The "Schlosssee-Arkaden" building complex, built in 2021 in the center of Salem / Lake Constance district, is directly adjacent to the popular Schlosssee nature park. On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

Free parking is available on the street or a larger parking lot is about 100 meters away.

The apartment is located in a vacation resort where you also have a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna available free of charge.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Summer Mountain railway ticket 2025 (Allgäu Walser Premium Card) included! The modern vacation home is situated on a quiet road in Tiefenbach, Oberstdorf Allgäu. You will find the tourist info, restaurants and a public bus stop close by. Please be aware that the community Oberstdorf charges a tourist tax which needs to be paid locally!

By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
