The stylish apartment is located in an elaborately renovated quarry stone house with 4 residential units in the center of Borchen. The house was built in the shadow of the historic fortified church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the first floor with access to the garden. The approximately 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened using electric shutters.

Auf dem Balkon genießt Du einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Wälder. Das imposante Fachwerkhaus beherbergt 12 nette Menschen in 3 Generationen zu manch gutem Gespräch. Ebenso mein Catering, aus dem ab und an auch ein köstliches Essen zu haben ist. In unserem Foyer ist eine Bibliothek zum Schmöken auf gemütlichen Sofas.

The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

From the property, many beautiful sights can be visited, such as the nearby towns of Braunlage, Goslar, Bad Lauterberg or St. Andreasberg.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Guest room in the old town

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
