House vacation rentals in Bodensdorf

We really enjoyed our vacation at this place! The two houses that we rented with our group of 10 offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed for our self-catering. We were able to prepare meals together without any problems and the selection of cooking options was sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the hot tubs, which were cleaned daily and thus always offered a clean and pleasant experience. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the place is definitely recommended.

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Robert's communication before arrival was quick and he was there to show us around the apartment at check-in. The apartment itself was neat and very clean. My kids enjoyed the fact that the whole family could sleep together in one room. I enjoyed the fact that even though this is a smaller sized apartment, everyone had an actual bed! Robert was very kind and gave helpful tips. He even called a friend in the know when we asked about the closure over the mountain pass to give us the most accurate information. Great two night stay for our family here. Thanks, Robert!

We were a group of 9 people and were all totally thrilled with the place. We've never experienced such a well-equipped Airbnb. We actually lacked nothing. Check in also worked smoothly The place is highly recommended! :-)

Staying in this house was just amazing. It's actually much nicer than the pictures. The large windows in particular make the stay so special – whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside or in the evening snuggled up on the couch in front of the fireplace. The house is superbly equipped – not only with all the kitchen utensils and machines you need, but also with many practical things such as salt, oil, pepper, dishwasher tabs or washing powder and much more. This makes the stay pleasantly uncomplicated. The communication with Jaap was always warm, quick and very attentive. You can tell that it's really important to him that his guests feel comfortable – thanks for that. A special extra: The pool is currently being completely redone. If you arrive in the summer, you can look forward to a brand new, beautiful pool. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back.

Maria and Michael are very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable in the exceptional tiny house with pellet stove. We also had fun playing darts in the garden house and at the recommended excursion destinations.

Absolutely beautiful house, spotless and in incredible surroundings. All our needs were met. Only gripe is that, upon arrival, we were subjected to a tirade of messages from the keyholder, asking for credit card details for a deposit, and for us to pay (first in cash then by bank transfer) a local tax. Booking with Airbnb should not require any further charges. When I did not reply immediately (I was trying to check it was a legitimate request) I was badgered for the payment. We also had to complete an online form giving names, addresses, passport details etc of every person in our party. All of this should have been done before we left; after a long and exhausting day travelling it significantly reduced our enjoyment of our first day.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house during Christmas! The setting by the Radovna River was like something out of a holiday postcard, with serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was warm (really, it was pre-heated right before our arrival), cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We decorated the house ourselves for Christmas, and it added such a personal touch to the already lovely space. Spending time by the fireplace and enjoying the cozy atmosphere made our holiday truly special. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare our Christmas meals. Slovenia Estates team (special thanks to Beverley and Helena) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Celebrating Christmas here was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway. We’d love to return in the future!

We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

The view from Maya’s house is amazing…just like the pictures. The house is full of antiques and is so homey and unique. We did the walk around the lake, and you can start right from the house. Maya was an amazing host— so helpful and responsive to all of our questions! If you have a car, I highly recommend this place. It is a just a short drive into town, and is in a very peaceful location. One tip: We came in on a Saturday evening and all grocery stores in the town are closed on Sundays, so just be aware of that. (Restaurants are open though).

Good morning, we felt very comfortable at Marion's. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cakes, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, bowls and treats for our dog. There was also a wide range of cosmetics/ care products for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure that everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

It’s a magical place and we felt right at home. Sven was there to receive us and showed us around the property. The view is amazing and peaceful. Couldn’t find a better place to relax and enjoy the nature at its finest. We were even allowed to have the fresh strawberries and the herbs directly from the garden. What a privilege to be able to experience such a comfortable stay. All in all a great gateway experience. Five days were too less to spend in such an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. We would definitely be going there again 😃

We stayed at Andrej's place as a family of 6 (2 elderly parents and 4 adult children) and the house was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped and sufficient for us to whip simple dinners - there are lots of supermarkets nearby to buy ingredients from. We enjoyed the dining room the most, where we gathered after meals for chats and card games (thanks for providing the deck of cards!). The washer and dryer are also extremely useful as we've been travelling for a few days with dirty laundry :D The location is also perfect for us, we drove to nearby Bled and Ljubljana for day trips and it took less than an hour return. Above all, we love how the house felt like a home - just like how Andrej intended it to be. We would definitely book this place again if we ever come back to this part of Slovenia.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with the Mocilnik family. Karel and his wife were always ready to help and are very friendly. It gives a real family atmosphere! From the Airbnb you can reach Bled in no time and within an hour there are still many different sights! Slovenia is really a beautiful country and we greatly enjoyed our trip! Everything as offered, shown in the pictures and as expected. You can certainly spend a very nice vacation there, unfortunately we only had one night. Still a recommendation.

We were very pleased with the beautiful fisherman's cottage. It was sparkling clean, beautiful and modern and just as pictured. Everything was available, the kitchen perfectly equipped. Breakfast on the terrace with the many birds chirping and under the umbrella was always a dream. We gladly used Sabine's tips (especially the Annenhof for eating and hiking the great Tscheppaschlucht). It's close to shopping. Ingrid was very friendly as a contact person on site and was always ready to help. The area is a dream, we rode a lot of bikes (right at the house a perfect bike path passes by), were swimming in the beautiful lakes or shopping in Klagenfurt. We will be happy to come back.

it was a very nice, clean and organized house where close to Ossiacher See area, you can walk to the See with a wonderful view. Lots of restaurants, Pizza, gas station and super market close by, during the night you can enjoy the beautiful stars and moon on the balcony.

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful, especially the view of the mountains and forests was simply magical through the huge window front in the living area. The bathroom cabins integrated in the rooms were also super practical for eight people, so that everyone had their own shower, sink and toilet. Also, that dogs are allowed, made us very happy – so we could take our four-legged friend with us without any problems. Beautiful hikes in nature start directly from the front door, so you hardly need the car except for shopping. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply stay indoors: the cozy atmosphere, the sauna, and the hot tub (without bubbles) ensure perfect relaxation after a long day outside. Overall a completely successful stay – we would come back any time!

The apartment is super beautiful and is located in a great environment. There are many excursion destinations, from the apartment you can start beautiful hikes. From the balcony, you have beautiful views directly of the Karawanken. All in all perfect, we will be happy to come back. 😊
