Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Small apartment centrally located in Luleå with private entrance, hall, bathroom and bedroom. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, kettle and simple utensils. There is street parking right outside the house. We live in the apartment next door. There is an interior door between the apartments but it is blocked and well insulated so it is not so sensitive between the apartments. Cozy and affordable accommodation!

Cozy guest accommodation in a detached garage building. 500 meters to the bus stop that takes you to central Luleå in 20 minutes. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby Hospital and Sunderby Railway Station. The sauna is in the yard and can be used on certain occasions. Use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Nice small house next to the Råne River. From the beginning, it has served as a bakery. Carefully renovated. A simply equipped kitchen where you can cook and heat food in a microwave. Only simple cooking and no frying is allowed as there is no kitchen fan. The northern lights are common at the house, if the weather is right.

This Nordic-style house, typical of northern Sweden, is set in a peaceful, natural environment. Its remote location provides clear skies for viewing the northern lights, and the surrounding area is home to both moose and reindeer.
