Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

On the farm, there was a royal inn a long time ago. There, the king and his entourage could eat, rest and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. This was a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Access to own dock and rowboat by the Baltic Sea. See the forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The Ostkustleden passes by outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet on the hillside. A little browner some days which makes the shower and sink and toilet look a little brown. The water is, of course, drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

Stugan ligger i ett litet, lugnt och familjevänligt stugområde med fotbollsplan och boulebana. Stugan ligger 1,5 km från en av Ölands vackraste kuststräckor och solnedgång, och cyklar finns att låna kostnadsfritt. Snabbt Wi-Fi med fri surf ingår och stugan har även egen laddstolpe till elbil för endast 100 SEK per bokad natt. Stugan är rök- och husdjursfri.

Many golf courses nearby. The guest house is located on a large property about 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house, which is occasionally occupied.

We are renting out a small cozy cottage in Byxelkrok this summer! It is a room with a single bed and a sofa bed. Small kitchen with full equipment, but no microwave. There is a large bathroom with toilet and shower as well as outdoor furniture and barbecue grill in the front. It is about 700 meters to the harbor, beach, charging station, shops and restaurants. There's another cabin on the property.
