Cabin of 100 sqm on the peninsula Stångehamn. Located 7 km south of Oskarshamn city center, in a safe summer cottage area. Private jetty in a quiet bay, a stone's throw from the outer archipelago. Several swimming areas nearby. It's 70 meters to the boat and the dock that belongs to the cottage. Ask the host if you are interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat, canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor for boat can be rented for SEK 100 per day + gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Note: no Wi-Fi

Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Here you live in a totally calm countryside among Öland stone walls and bike distance to Sweden's finest stretches of coastline. It is 1 km down to the sea. Byxelkrok is 4km away there is the harbor, restaurants and stalls open June-September. From the harbor you can go to the blue virgin by boat / day trip worth a visit. On the East side you have the fine beaches of the finishing touches and on the Västra side you are close to Byrum where you can see the raukarna mensalvaret and another beautiful beach Byrum Sandvik. Here you go down into a robe and take a swim or watch the sunset and the Gotland ferry pass on the front row. With beach and pouring a stone's throw away. A new, well-planned frigga with a 140 cm wide bed, comfortable sofa, TV, toilet, outdoor shower with hot water, small kitchen, fridge with small freezer. Balcony with sun and shade.

The Stonecutter's Farm

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

I en vacker ombyggd Öländsk stenlada, kan ni koppla av, med familj, själv eller med vänner, på Norra Öland/ Hagelstad. Ett charmigt/ fridfullt boende, med tillhörande härlig trädgård. Grill, studsmatta, badminton, cyklar finns att låna. Finns 6 st till vuxen/ungdom. Samt 2 mindre, som passar för ålder 5-7 år. 2 för 3-5 år. Affär, Ölands största glassresturang, gårdsbutik, busshållplats & hav ca: 2 km, golf 5 km. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like.
