Bem Business Suite has both street and gated yard free parking spaces. The apartment has been fully renovated by December 2024. A kitchen island and a fully equipped kitchen await your cooking enthusiasts. And the entertainment is provided by the 65-inch smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom with a netflix subscription, with broadband WiFi.

In a beautiful green area, near the Aquaticum/Medical Spa, the Zoo, the Botanical Garden, the Agora center, Békás tó, the Open-Air Theater, playground, the University. The apartment is easily accessible by car from the highway. Public transport (bus and tram) is available 1-2 minutes away, with which the city center can be easily reached

The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Downtown apartment for rent in Debrecen

The apartment is located in the city center. Modem and the Fórum shopping center are within easy walking distance. This is the very heart of the city center. From here, you can already see the Great Synagogue and the immediate downtown area. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Parking has become paid throughout the city, unfortunately, in our part of the city it is 1700 HUF/day. Please calculate this when you book!

Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
