Monthly Rentals in Bochum

Modern and comfortable apartment in a very good central location in Bochum. It is only 3-5 minutes on foot to the nearest U-Bahn/S-Bahn station ("Jahrhunderthalle"), a PENNY market or about 10-15 minutes to the city center and to the "Bermuda3eck" (B3E). Very friendly hosts - I would take this modern and tastefully furnished accommodation again at any time!

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything you need was in the immediate vicinity. You can easily walk into town and bus and train services are also in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the hosts went well if there was a problem. Check-in was also good. If you read the instructions correctly, then there are no difficulties😅. The Airbnb was also clean, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise everything was good. I'd love to come back when I'm in Bochum.

I have visited Marlon & Hanna several times, am super satisfied every time and give an unreserved recommendation. Anytime again, super nice people and great apartment!

Very nice apartment, with a nice view of the garden and co. Quiet location but still quickly in the center by train. The contact with the host was friendly and questions were answered quickly. We'd love to come back!
