Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.

It is close to everything (main station, Bermuda Triangle, theater and much more), making it easy to plan your visit.
